Research results, (1) the readiness of tourism Human Resources (HR) in managing the wellness tourism in the market share of senior tourists is currently not fully ready. 2 wellnes tourism, the HR used is not HR in the tourism sector. The role of education in improving HR capabilities in the development of wellness tourism as well as knowledge related to senior market share is urgently needed. Services and needs for senior tourists are different from tourists in general.

A comparative study on Leisure Constraintes between the Seniors and Pre-schoolers.

With the graying of the baby boomers, the mature market becomes an important travel segment. This article compares the individual perceived constraints experienced by mature (over 50) and young travelers (under 50), to identify and compare the important constraint factors perceived by these groups, and to examine the influence of these factors on travel behaviors. Differences in perceived constraint factors were found when comparing the two groups.

Jizo: A gamified Digital App for Senior Cyclo-Tourism in the miOne Community. Chapter

A cyclo-tourism digital app entitled Jizo was co-designed. The results recommend a set of gamification techniques and elements that can motivate senior citizens to cyclo-tourism, being essential integrative parts of an app in this context. The game elements that were highlighted were: social relationships, progression, challenges, competition, feedback and rewards. These data support the view on the potential of gamification to motivate active ageing and sustainable cyclo-tourism.
